How to use Situational Awareness to Speed Up Your Divorce, End the Chaos, and Co-Parent Without Conflict so you Get the Best Divorce Outcomes Even if Your Ex is Narcissistic
November 19, 2026 4PM ET / 3PM CT / 1PM PT
Hosted by Sade Curry - Podcast Host & Certified Life & Relationship Coach
Divorce is not a simple legal process, especially if your ex is a difficult person.
There is a whole emotional, financial, and reputational, and relational system involved.
And if you do not understand the dynamics inside that system, even the most intelligent, successful, capable woman can find herself overwhelmed, reactive, misunderstood, or strategically exposed to harm and injustice
You know the the private reality of what happened behind closed doors.
You know the emotional toll, the control dynamics, the manipulation, and the betrayal.
But somehow your ex can appear calm, believable and reasonable in public while creating chaos in private.
You hope the courts will see through the lie, but unfortunately, that's unlikely to happen unless you know how to present the truth in the way the court needs to hear it.
This webinar is for women navigating separation, high-conflict divorce, custody concerns, financial complexity, reputational risk, emotional exhaustion, co-parenting and rebuilding life after divorce.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
By the end of this webinar, you will see divorce differently — not as an overwhelming force you are powerless to stop, but as a logical mapped out journey that you can navigate now that you have the right tools of situational awareness, strategic communication and emotional discipline.

This Webinar is Different. Here is Why You Should Attend
Most divorce professionals and programs center on just one piece of the process.
This webinar teaches you the situational awareness and social dynamics awareness you need to protect yourself from the moment you verbalize the divorce to your ex, to the final court order and life beyond court.
FAQs
Is This Legal Advice?
No, this is not legal advice. To navigate a divorce in court, you will still need an attorney. This webinar helps you work with your attorney — you will learn how to advocate for yourself with your attorney, how to recognize your attorney's motivations and understand their motivations, and how to recognize if your values and your approach to the divorce align with that of your attorney's. The webinar will help you avoid excessive legal fees that happen when you spend too much time emailing and having phone conversations with your attorney on things that do not move your case forward. Situational awareness and emotional resilience will help you manage your emotions, so that you don't waste money sending your attorney emails and having conversations that don't drive your case forward.
Is This the Same as Therapy?
No, this is not the same as therapy. This webinar is not designed to treat a mental illness or diagnosis — if you need assistance for this, please consult a licensed medical professional. This webinar will help you understand how your emotional reactions are perceived throughout the divorce process, so that you can manage triggers and respond in ways that protect your children and prevent your being misunderstood and misrepresented in front of the court.
I'm Not Ready to Divorce, Will This Help Me?
This webinar is especially helpful if you have not made the decision to divorce yet. By understanding situational awareness and the risk requirements of divorce court, you will be able to assess your situation and decide with clarity whether or not divorce is right for you. And if you decide to proceed, you will be aware of where the pitfalls are and be equipped to navigate them successfully. You will avoid common pitfalls like getting locked out of your home, being accused of parental alienation, and post-divorce abuse.
We are amicable in mediation, not court. Is this for me?
Mediation is a wonderful way to avoid expensive legal fees and work amicably with your ex to complete the divorce. However, mediation can also be weaponized against you if you do not have situational awareness of what can happen and what your rights are. This webinar will help you decide if mediation is right for you and your ex in your situation, and if it is right for you, it will help you present yourself appropriately to the mediator so that they are able to properly assist you. You will be able to stay steps ahead of any manipulations on your ex's part and work with your mediator to create an agreement that covers gaps that could be used against you after the agreement is signed. It will help you figure out if being amicable with your ex is possible, and how to communicate with your ex in a way that prevents explosive triggers and pitfalls.
I Don't Have Children, Is This Still for Me?
Yes. Divorce is one of the biggest transitions that reduces women's financial security. Understanding situational awareness will give you an understanding of what to ask and how to go about understanding what your rights are, how to protect yourself from ongoing abuse and manipulation, how to set appropriate boundaries, and how to move your life forward after the divorce.
